Skillet herb roasted chicken
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- hot cooked rice - 1 item
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- milk or water - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts or 6 thighs or any pieces of chicken - 4 item
How to make skillet herb roasted chicken:
Combine flour, sage and thyme; mix together and put in a bowl or waxed paper or plastic sack for shake and bake. Dip chicken in this mixture. Put in skillet with hot margarine; brown on both sides. Mix soup with water or milk; add to chicken. Cover and simmer until done. Serve over cooked rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
