  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • slices bacon - 4 item
  • cut fresh corn - 3 c

How to make skillet fried corn:

Cook bacon crisp. Drain and crumble. To drippings add vegetables. Cover, cook over low heat until just tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Sprinkle bacon over top. Makes 6 servings.
