Skillet enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ground meat
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can mixed vegetables - 1 item
- medium flour tortillas - 1 pkg
How to make skillet enchiladas:
In skillet, heat meat and onion in butter until onion is tender. In a bowl, combine meat mixture, chili peppers and cumin; set aside. Combine soup, mixed vegetables and milk in skillet. Mix sour cream and flour. Stir into soup and milk mixture. CRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
