Skillet enchiladas

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1 c
• sour cream - 1/2 c
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• ground meat
• can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
• ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
• can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
• shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
• can mixed vegetables - 1 item
• medium flour tortillas - 1 pkg

How to make skillet enchiladas:

In skillet, heat meat and onion in butter until onion is tender. In a bowl, combine meat mixture, chili peppers and cumin; set aside. Combine soup, mixed vegetables and milk in skillet. Mix sour cream and flour. Stir into soup and milk mixture. C
