- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- green onions, thinly sliced - 2 item
- slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces - 12 item
- medium potato, cut into small cubes - 1 item
How to make skillet breakfast:
Place bacon and potatoes in a nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat 12 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Stir in onion and chili powder. Pour eggs over mixture. Cook until mixture is set. Cut into wedges.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Low Carb.
