  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • oregano, crushed - 1/4 tsp
  • Kitchen Bouquet - 1 tsp
  • Tabasco - 1/4 tsp
  • fryer chicken - 1 (2

How to make skillet barbecued chicken:

In large skillet, brown chicken on all sides in hot oil. Blend together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover. Cook over low heat 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Turn chicken and baste with sauce now and then.
