Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 5 c
  • soda - 5 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 qt
  • pumpkin pie spice - 1 Tbsp
  • applesauce - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs beaten - 4 item
  • crisco - 1 c
  • box raisin bran cereal
  • Will keep in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks

How to make six week muffins:

Mix by hand. Will keep in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Bake in muffin pans for 30-35 minutes at 350°.Applesauce Glaze:1/2 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. applesauce Blend powdered sugar with applesauce until smooth.
