Six bean salad
Ingredients/Components
- water - 4 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- Stir well
- 2 can wax beans
- 2 can French green beans
- 2 can small lima beans
- 2 can fancy English peas
- 2 can kidney or red beans
- large can pimiento, chopped - 1 item
How to make six bean salad:
Drain beans and pimiento; add pepper and onion. Stir well. Pour dressing over mixture. Refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve.
