Simple peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• peanut butter - 1 c
• sugar - 1 c
• egg whites - 3 item

How to make simple peanut butter cookies:

Separate egg whites; beat with mixer on medium for 2 minutes. Slowly add sugar. Beat on high until soft peaks form. Mix peanut butter into mixture by hand. Drop spoonful of mix onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cookies will be soft. Let cool, then enjoy.
