Shrimp scampi
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- dry white wine - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, crushed - 3 item
- jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined - 24 item
How to make shrimp scampi:
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp and saute on both sides until done, about 5 minutes. Pour off pan drippings into small saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over high heat 1 minute. Pour sauce over shrimp. Yield: 4 serviRecipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Shrimp.
