Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- 8 oz - 2 c
- green onions, chopped - 3 item
- light mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- light sour cream - 1/2 c
- seafood cocktail sauce - 1 c
- cans shrimp, rinsed and drained - 2 1/2
- finely chopped tomatoes - 3/4 c
How to make shrimp salad:
In small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread on a 12-inch round serving platter. Cover with seafood sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, shrimp, onions and tomatoes. Cover and chill. Yields 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Shrimp.
