- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- poppy seed - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- minced onion
- apple cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- pickle relish - 1/2 c
- fresh strawberries, halved - 1 pt
- hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped - 6 item
- sour cream or plain yogurt - 1/2 c
- medium onion, halved and sliced - 1 item
- tomato wedges optional - 1 item
- shrimp, boiled and shelled - 1 pt
- celery, coarsely sliced diagonally
- pickle strips optional - 1 item
- fresh spinach, stemmed - 2 lb
How to make shrimp salad:
Arrange spinach and strawberries on individual serving plates. Combine sugar, onion, paprika and Worcestershire sauce in a blender or food processor.
