Shrimp mousse
Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 6 oz
- mayo - 1 c
- can tomato soup, undiluted - 1 item
- 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- cans tiny shrimp, mashed - 2 item
How to make shrimp mousse:
Bring soup to boil. Add cream cheese; beat well. Dissolve gelatin and add to soup mixture along with remaining ingredients.Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart mold. Prepare 24 hours before serving.
Note: I use Oscar Jr. for vegetables and shrimp.
