Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- green bell pepper - 1 Tbsp
- regular carton sour cream - 1 item
- clear gelatin - 1 pkg
- cans drained shrimp, mashed - 2 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Heat tomato soup slowly. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water and add to soup. Stir in cream cheese until melted into mixture. Remove from heat and add celery, bell pepper, onion and sour cream. Drain and mash shrimp. Add shrimp and mayonnaise. Chill until set, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
