Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- cold water - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- Knox gelatine
- cans baby shrimp, drained - 2 item
- celery and onion, chopped fine in blender
How to make shrimp mold:
Let cream cheese soften. Break cream cheese up into undiluted tomato soup in saucepan. Heat (stirring) until cheese melts. Soften gelatin in cold water. Add celery, onions and shrimp to tomato mixture. Add gelatin mixture; stir well. Pour into 5 1/2 cup mold and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
