Shrimp fried rice
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- can mushrooms - 4 oz
- cooked shrimp - 2 c
- green onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- boiled rice - 4 c
How to make shrimp fried rice:
Fry shrimp in oil in deep frying pan for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add eggs, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add rice and soy sauce. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix with green onion, fry for 3 minutes, stirring while frying. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shrimp, Rice.
