Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- dash of cayenne - 1 item
- cooked shrimp - 5 6
- sherry - 2/3 c
How to make shrimp de jonghe:
Mix butter and garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and sherry. Add bread crumbs and toss. Place shrimp in baking dish. Spoon butter mixture over it. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until crumbs brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Shrimp.
