Shrimp curry
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- water
- cream - 1 pt
- curry powder - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- celery, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- shrimp, cleaned and cooked - 3 lb
- apple, finely chopped - 1/2 c
How to make shrimp curry:
Melt butter. Add onion, apple and celery; simmer. Add water. Cook until chopped ingredients are tender and most of the liquid has cooked away. Stir in seasonings; add cream and shrimp.
