Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- shrimp
- chopped bell peppers - 1/4 c
- Bloody Mary mix - 1/2 c
- clove garlic or minced garlic - 1 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Peel shrimp; cook onion, pepper and garlic in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add tomatoes and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
