Shrimp creole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- stalks celery, diced - 4 item
- 2 can tomatoes
- small bell pepper, diced - 1 item
- raw shrimp - 2 lb
How to make shrimp creole:
Saute bell pepper, onions and celery in cooking oil. Add chili powder, salt, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Simmer 30 minutes; add shrimp and cook 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
