Shrimp creole
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onions - 2 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- rice, cooked - 5 c
- rosemary - 1/8 tsp
- chopped bell pepper - 1 c
- canned tomatoes - 4 c
- cooked, deveined shrimp - 3 lb
How to make shrimp creole:
Melt margarine. Saute onions, celery, pepper and garlic. Add spices. Add tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes. Add shrimp. Heat thoroughly. Serve on hot rice. Serves 12. Good with a tossed salad.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
