Ingredients/Components
- cooked shrimp - 3 c
- onions - 2 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- celery
- bacon fat - 4 Tbsp
- tomatoes - 1 qt
- tomato paste - 3 tsp
How to make shrimp creole:
Cut up onions, peppers and celery; saute in fat. Add tomatoes and paste. Let simmer 40 minutes. Before serving, add shrimp. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
