Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • bay leaf - 1/2 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • black pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cooked rice
  • medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • shrimp, deveined - 1 2
  • cooking fat or oil - 3 Tbsp

How to make shrimp creole:

Saute onion, green pepper and seasonings in fat or oil until transparent. Add tomato sauce and shrimp to that mixture. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over rice.
