Shrimp creole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- bay leaf - 1/2 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- shrimp, deveined - 1 2
- cooking fat or oil - 3 Tbsp
How to make shrimp creole:
Saute onion, green pepper and seasonings in fat or oil until transparent. Add tomato sauce and shrimp to that mixture. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
