  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • shortening - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • dash of black pepper - 1 item
  • cooked small shrimp - 2 c
  • large sliced onion - 1 item
  • small minced garlic clove - 1 item
  • large sliced green pepper - 1 item

How to make shrimp creole:

In large skillet, cook pepper, onion and garlic in shortening. Stir in soup, lemon juice, salt, pepper and shrimp. Heat and serve over fluffy rice. Serves six.
