Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 3/4 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- green onions - 6 item
- bell pepper - 3/4 item
- celery - 3/4 c
- shrimp - 2 3
- cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
- cans whole tomatoes - 2 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Cooking Time: About 1 hour.Cook onions, bell pepper and celery in butter until tender. Add flour, whole tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes and garlic salt. Cook about 30 minutes on medium heat. Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are done, about 20 minutes.
