- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Minute rice
- bell pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- shrimp - 1 lb
- can French onion soup - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks butter oleo - 1 item
How to make shrimp casserole:
Boil shrimp until pink (don't overcook). Saute onion and bell pepper in 1 1/2 sticks oleo. Add soups and Minute rice. Cover with foil paper and cook 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
