Shrimp casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 3 c
- Tabasco - 1 Tbsp
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- jar pimentos - 1 oz
- boiled shrimp - 2 lb
- sauteed, chopped onion, bell pepper and celery - 1 c
How to make shrimp casserole:
Mix all ingredients. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Note: This recipe was a winner in the Extension Homemakers Achievement Day activities held this spring.
