Shrimp casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- heavy cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sherry wine - 1/4 c
- raw rice - 3/4 c
- Wesson oil - 3 Tbsp
- shrimp, cooked and peeled - 2 3
How to make shrimp casserole:
Marinate shrimp in lemon juice and oil in Pyrex dish for 2 hours. Cook and drain rice. Saute onion and pepper in butter for 2 minutes. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
