Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 9 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- oleo, melted - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dry sherry - 1/4 c
- cooked rice - 3 c
- fresh parsley sprigs - 1 item
- medium fresh shrimp - 3 lb
How to make shrimp casserole:
Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well. Rinse with cold water. Chill. Peel and devein shrimp. Set aside 6 shrimp for garnish. Combine shrimp and lemon juice. Set aside. Saute green pepper and onion in bRecipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
