Ingredients/Components
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- cooked shrimp - 2 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
- can V-8 juice - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
How to make shrimp casserole:
Mix juice, rice, pepper, shrimp and onion. Place in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs (mixed with melted margarine). Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
