- pkg - 1 oz
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 1/2
- lasagna noodles - 8 item
- creamed cottage cheese - 1 c
- bulk sausage or hamburger - 8 oz
How to make shortcut lasagna:
Brown meat; drain off fat. Cook noodles in boiling salted water; drain. Combine egg, Parmesan, cottage cheese and meat. In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan, layer half the noodles, meat mixture, Mozzarella and spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50 minutes.
