Shortcut lasagna



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • jar spaghetti sauce - 1 1/2
  • lasagna noodles - 8 item
  • creamed cottage cheese - 1 c
  • bulk sausage or hamburger - 8 oz

How to make shortcut lasagna:

Brown meat; drain off fat. Cook noodles in boiling salted water; drain. Combine egg, Parmesan, cottage cheese and meat. In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan, layer half the noodles, meat mixture, Mozzarella and spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
