- flour - 4 c
- extra-fine sugar - 1 c
- butter use 1/2 Imperial - 1 lb
How to make shortbread cookies:
Cream sugar and butter. Add flour; mix thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of small walnuts. Flatten with cookie press. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Rolled cookies.
