• boiling water - 1 c
• firmly packed dark brown sugar - 2/3 c
• molasses - 1/4 c
• dark corn syrup - 3/4 c
• egg, lightly beaten - 1 item
• shortening or lard - 2 Tbsp
• unbaked 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
