Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- sliced potatoes - 1 item
- small can pork and beans - 1 item
- can or a little more condensed tomato soup - 1/2 item
How to make shipwreck casserole:
Place ground chuck in baking dish, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the meat a layer of chopped onions, 3 layers of sliced potatoes, salt, cheese, pork and beans, and tomato soup. Cover tightly with foil; bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
