Seven minute frosting
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cold water - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- lemon extract - 1/4 tsp
How to make seven minute frosting:
Combine egg whites, sugar, tartar, cold water and lemon extract in the top of a double boiler; beat 1 minute. Set top of double boiler over boiling water. Cook for 7 minutes, beating constantly at high speed until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat and fold in coconut.
