  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 5 Tbsp
  • egg whites, unbeaten - 2 item
  • cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp

How to make seven minute frosting:

Place over boiling water and beat with rotary beater until mixture holds its shape. Fold in vanilla. Beat until cool and spread.
