Seven minute frosting
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cold water - 1/3 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- light corn syrup or 1/4 tsp
How to make seven minute frosting:
Put all ingredients, except vanilla in double boiler. Beat 1 minute with electric mixer or rotary beater. Cook over boiling water, beating constantly with either beater until mixture forms peaks, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until spreading consistency.
