  • sour cream - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
  • mandarin oranges - 1 c
  • chopped nuts if wanted - 1/2 c

How to make seven cup salad:

In a bowl, sprinkle sugar with cream. Add oranges, coconut, pineapple and marshmallows. Add nuts, if desired. Stir together. Keep in refrigerator.
