Sesame soy chicken
Ingredients/Components
- low sodium soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- honey - 2 tsp
- light sesame oil - 1 tsp
- ginger root, peeled, minced - 1/2 tsp
- garlic, minced - 1/4 tsp
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- lime juice - 2 Tbsp
- sesame seed, toasted - 2 Tbsp
- reduced calorie margarine - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green onions - 3 Tbsp
How to make sesame soy chicken:
Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl and stir well. Set aside.Brush both sides of each chicken breast with lime juice and sprinkle with sesame seed. Coat a large nonstick skillet with butter flavored vegetable cooking spray. Add margarine. Place skillet over medium low heat until margarine melts. Add chicken breasts and cook several minutes on each side until lightly browned. Transfer to bakng dish. Drizzle soy sauce mixture over and sprinkle with green onions. Cover and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until tender and well done.
