Sesame sauce
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- white wine - 1 Tbsp
- sesame oil - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- tahini - 2 Tbsp
How to make sesame sauce:
In a small pan heated with coat of oil, brown onion. Add water. Cover and bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Thin tahini with water. Add to onions. Stir in soy sauce. Bring to boil.
