Sesame chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- oleo - 1/2 c
- finely chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- paprika - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
- chicken pieces - 1 item
- Dip:1 egg
How to make sesame chicken:
Batter:3/4 c. flour1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt2 tsp. paprika1/8 tsp. pepper1/2 c. finely chopped nuts2 Tbsp. sesame seed Dip:1 egg1/3 c. milk Melt 1/2 cup oleo in a baking dish.Batter: Mix ingredients for batter mixture.
Dip: Mix egg and milk for dipping. Take chicken pieces and dip into egg mixture, then into batter mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 325°, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, depending on the size of chicken pieces used.
Note: Just make sure chicken is tender when pricked with a fork.
