Sesame baked chicken
Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 2 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- sesame seed - 1 c
- seasoned salt - 3 tsp
- chicken breasts - 3 to
- tarragon - 1/2 tsp
- parsley, minced - 1/4 c
- white bread crumbs - 2 c
- sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
How to make sesame baked chicken:
Wash and dry chicken and place in shallow baking dish. Pour buttermilk over chicken. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Next day, pour off buttermilk and dry chicken with paper towels.Melt margarine; add tarragon and lemon juice and place in a bowl. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, sesame seed and seasoned salt in another bowl. Dip chicken in margarine mixture, then in crumbs and arrange in baking dish. Spoon remaining margarine over chicken. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes (boneless) or 1 to 1 1/4 hours (breasts with bones).
