- cream cheese - 1 (8
- pkg - 1 oz
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- 2 layer size chocolate cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make self filled cupcakes:
Mix cake using package directions. Fill paper bake cups in muffin tin 2/3 full. Blend cream cheese with sugar; beat egg and salt. Stir in nuts and chocolate pieces. Drop 1 rounded teaspoonful cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake as directed on box for cupcakes. May be frosted. Serves 30.In memory of Katie Ulman.
