Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- mustard - 1/4 tsp
- chopped sweet pickles - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- pimento - 1 Tbsp
- crab meat - 2 lb
- chopped onion if desired - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise or more if desired - 1/2 c
How to make seafood salad:
Add all ingredients to crab meat and toss until well mixed. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving. Makes about 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Main dish.
