Seafood salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- cream - 1/4 c
- medium onion, diced - 1/2 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- pickle relish - 1 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- salad dressing or mayo
- medium stalks celery - 4 item
- macaroni rings or shells - 1 pkg
- seafood sections I use canned crabmeat and tuna - 1 lb
How to make seafood salad:
Dressing:1 c. salad dressing or mayo1/4 c. cream1 Tbsp. vinegar1 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. salt Cook macaroni. Drain and cool. Add the cut up seafood sections, eggs, celery, onion, pickle relish, green pepper and cheese. Combine with dressing mix.
