Seafood quiche



  • eggs - 4 item
  • half and half
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 8 oz
  • chives - 1 tsp
  • small chopped onion - 1 item
  • can crab meat, drained
  • can shrimp, drained
  • deep-dish unbaked pie shell - 1 item

How to make seafood quiche:

Note: May use egg substitute and whole or skim milk. May use low-fat cheese.

Preheat oven to 350°. Blend eggs, milk (or half and half), salt, pepper, chives and onions. Stir in cheese, crab and shrimp. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set in center.
