Seafood quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- half and half
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 8 oz
- chives - 1 tsp
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- can crab meat, drained
- can shrimp, drained
- deep-dish unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make seafood quiche:
Note: May use egg substitute and whole or skim milk. May use low-fat cheese.Preheat oven to 350°. Blend eggs, milk (or half and half), salt, pepper, chives and onions. Stir in cheese, crab and shrimp. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set in center.
