Seafood dip
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- sticks celery, chopped - 2 item
- small can mushroom pieces - 1 item
- cans golden cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- crawfish tails or 1 lb - 1 lb
How to make seafood dip:
Melt oleo; add flour and cook on medium heat to golden brown. To this, add onions, celery and bell pepper; cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and your choice of seafood and cook on low heat for 1/2 hour. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
