Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • sticks celery, chopped - 2 item
  • small can mushroom pieces - 1 item
  • cans golden cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • crawfish tails or 1 lb - 1 lb

How to make seafood dip:

Melt oleo; add flour and cook on medium heat to golden brown. To this, add onions, celery and bell pepper; cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and your choice of seafood and cook on low heat for 1/2 hour. Then add salt and pepper to taste. I use Tony Chachere's creole seasonings only.
