Seafood creole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- hot rice - 1 item
- cooked seafood - 2 c
How to make seafood creole:
Cook vegetables in oil until tender. Add tomato paste, water and seasonings; simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add seafood; heat thoroughly. Serve on hot rice. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Creole.
