Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • sliced celery - 1/2 c
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • hot rice - 1 item
  • cooked seafood - 2 c

How to make seafood creole:

Cook vegetables in oil until tender. Add tomato paste, water and seasonings; simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add seafood; heat thoroughly. Serve on hot rice. Makes 4 servings.
