  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • low calorie mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • white wine - 1/4 c
  • green pepper, diced - 1/4 c
  • seafood seasoning - 1/4 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/4 c
  • seasoned bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1/2 lb
  • paprika for sprinkling - 1 item
  • lobster meat or scallops - 1/2 lb
  • Maryland backfin crabmeat, cartilage removed - 1 lb

How to make seafood casserole:

Preheat oven to 400°. Melt margarine in a skillet and add shrimp, lobster, garlic and green pepper. Saute for 5 minutes. Transfer contents of skillet to a casserole dish. In a small bowl mix together wine, lemon juice, egg, mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings. Beat until well blended. Gently fold crabmeat and bread crumbs into liquid. Pour mixture over seafood in casserole and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
