Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 6 c
- sherry wine
- crab meat - 1 lb
- cans condensed tomato soup - 2 item
- cans condensed green pea soup - 2 item
- boiled fresh shrimp - 1 lb
How to make seafood bisque:
Blend soups with half and half. Heat and add crab meat, shrimp and the sherry. Serve immediately.We make this every Christmas for our favorite soup before the turkey dinner. What a treat. Makes 12 servings.
