Ingredients/Components
- egg whites - 2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- teaspoon cream of tartar - 1/4 item
- tablespoons of water - 5 item
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar - 1 item
How to make seafoam icing:
Beat egg whites until frothy. Slowly add rest of ingredients. Beat with mixer in top of a double boiler over medium heat for about 10 minutes until it loses its gloss.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
